Q: Placing your order
How can I place an order?
A:
Placing an order for any of our products can be done online, via email or phone.
When placing an order via email, please email us your name, address & phone number along with the products that you would like to order and your preferred payment method. We will then send you an invoice with payment instructions.
Phone orders can be made Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. If you call us after hours please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Q: Postage
How much is postage?
A:
Postage will be calculated when you complete the checkout. However here is a guide as to how much postage will be.
Wall Stickers 1 Pack - $1.50 Wall Stickers 2+ Packs - $3.00
Ultrasound & Name Keepsakes $3.00
All other items are posted as parcels and cost between $5-$10.
The maximum you will pay for postage on our site is $12.80 registered post for orders within Australia.
Orders over $150 attract Free Shipping within Australia Only.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following:
1. Credit Card Payments via Pay Pal -
PayPal is a secure payment gateway for credit card payments. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to use this service, and it is free to use.

2. Bank Deposit -
When making payment please leave your invoice number as a reference.
3. Money Order and Cheque -
We also accept Money Order & Cheque. Your order will not be processed until your cheque has cleared.
Q: Delivery
How long will it take to receive my products?
A:
Every item has a shipping time listed. However here is a guide -
Wall Stickers, Ultrasound & Name Meaning prints will be posted within 3 Days.
Wall Murals will be posted within 7 Days however in most cases they will be posted within 3 days.
Baby Gifts and Toys are kept instock and will be posted within 3 days of cleared payment.
Handmade items - please allow 28 days for delivery of your handmade items, however we will keep you updated as to how your product is coming along with regular email updates.
All other items have a shipping time specified.

I am after a certain product, can you find it or make it for me?

Any requests are welcomed, we will do our best to find it or make it for you.

Do you sell wholesale?

Do I need to register as a customer to place an order?
A:
No you do not need to register as a customer to place an order on our site. You can simply select this option at the checkout when placing your order.
